WY WC is an employer-only expense. No employee setup or deductions are needed for payroll.

While the Wyoming Quarterly Wage Report (WYO056/WYO078) does report both State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) and WC, Intuit Full Service Payroll only supports SUI reporting. You will need to report the WC portion separately to WY.

Get workers' compensation info
On your Payroll service (Intuit Full Service Payroll or QuickBooks Online Full Service Payroll), use the Payroll Details report available on the Reports tab to complete the WC portion. Leave the SUI portion of the form blank as Intuit Full Service Payroll files this to Wyoming on your behalf. Once you've completed the WC section, mail the form and WC payment directly to Wyoming.
