Well then, let's look at the variety of perks you are offering them. A thought to consider is, does it give your business a competitive advantage over other companies. This could be simple as providing lunch for the team.
 
Third, we will look at the companywide perks and benefits. This one stood out to me, and I believe it will be beneficial, especially for new parents. It would be thoughtful not only having the mothers go on maternity leave but also the fathers to get acquainted with this new family dynamic. The writer advised that improving your paternal leave policies for employees who may want to start a family in the future would attract and retain potential talent.
