One of the best books on the creative process that most have never heard of is The Univeral Traveler by Koberg & Bagnal. It's a small paperback manual but packs an amazing creative punch:

A sculpture professor forced it on our class when I was in college. We had to read it, use the process and keep a journal. I use some part of the process, or one of the tools mentioned in the book almost every day in my current practice.
@BillJohnston I love when books that were forced upon us change our lives! I recently ran into one of my former professors and had the opportunity to thank him for one of those "forced reads." :smileyhappy: Does your sculpture professor know about your experience??
