Ever heard of Illumination Engineering Society of North America or just Illumination Engineering Society?

Rarely do people hear about them. But these are the engineers who work behind the scenes and bring to us marvelous solutions in Illumination.

They bring out ideal light requirements thereby not only saving energy and enjoinment but also set standards as to what should be the light requirements for specific activities. 

So as an engineer who wishes to make a presentation on Illumination Design for let us say a hospital that is building a new Operation Theatre where would you go looking for the software?
