QUESTION: Are You a "Joiner"?

networking.stocksy.jpg

Are you a "joiner"? If so, what do you get out of being a part of a group? If groups aren't your thing, why not? How do you connect with others in your community, your industry, and your marketplace?

QUESTION: Are You a "Joiner"?

So timely - one of my goals for this year is to JOIN! I've been a bit of a hermit the last few years since my husband died. But am feeling more energy to get out into the world. So, I joined a book club, a professional women's club and even started my own women's group (where we go deep on topics we choose). I've loved the comraderie and connections I am making in all three groups. Each one gives me a chance to nurture a different part of me.

QUESTION: Are You a "Joiner"?

Would love to hear more about the women's group you started, @LeslieBarber. There seems to be a definite trend toward women creating their own opportunities for networking and discussion! How is it structured and what do you talk about?
