Today, we're giving a big, warm welcome to Stacy Kildal, Advanced Certified ProAdvisor. Stacy is an internationally known expert in QuickBooks Online who has been named one of Accounting's Most Powerful Women. She was the first ProAdvisor to complete the QuickBooks Online Certification Exam and holds several other QuickBooks certifications. She's also the co-founder and co-host of QBOShow.com, where she interviews industry thought leaders. She is known as the QuickBooks Online "Godmother," but is also an expert in the desktop products.

How do you stay motivated and inspired every day?
Staying motivated and inspired isn't hard — the QuickBooks community is so diverse with active members that need help and offer help. Being a part of it all pushes me to want to be better, and help others be better!
What is one actionable takeaway from your session that attendees will be able to take home and apply immediately to their own business?
Attendees at my session will learn how to create a Google Form to gather customer/client feedback they can use immediately to improve their business. We'll cover ways to make use of them, including order forms, simple time sheets, surveys, support requests, event registration and customer feedback. You'll learn how to customize, share, analyze data, receive notifications and embed Google Forms.
