1099 Misc categories- how to edit

I am trying to categorize payments to 1099 contractors and can't figure out how to edit.  One person did contract work as an instructor, and for a special event.  I have expense categories for both types of payment, but right now only the instructor payment shows up for the 1099.  I need to add a second category to the calculation, but can't figure out how to add it.

Let me guide you on how you can add the second expense category to your Form 1099.

 

To get this done, please follow these steps:

  1. In the 1099 Wizard, go to the Categorize payments to contractors page.
  2. Under the Expense Account drop-down, select the two expense accounts.
  3. Click on Next until you finish your 1099.
