Hello - novice user here - QB for Mac Desktop. I am trying to print my 1099 NEC forms. The forms I purchased are the three-per-page style (not two per). Anyone know of an option to print these? I am not seeing it....it looks like it only wants to print the two-per-page style. Hoping for a fix/workaround before I go buy the correct forms.... Thanks!

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2021 and 2022, it's now supporting the printing for 1099s. If it's the 2019 and 2020 versions, our product engineers are still working on it and will be released as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can consider downloading the form from the IRS website, then manually filling out the 1099s that have three tax forms per page.

none of what mirriam M said is true. There is no ability to print out 3 per page on the 1099 NEC...i'm getting emails from this forum multiple times a day with new recommendations on how to download an update that has the fix but absolutely none of them are options so far. i've got v19.0.10 R11 and it's set to automatically update. there are no options to change that setting. Also, DO NOT fill in your 1099s manually. you will be penalized. At this point quickbooks is useless. i'm going to file electronically with another provider. Even if i loose $$ on the 1099 forms i purchased.

QuickBooks Desktop already supports 3-part 1099-NEC. Let me help you.
Let's check the release version of your QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020. We need to make sure you're on R13_(39+) by pressing F2 on your keyboard to open the Product Information window. If not, please update it to the latest release.

You need to reset the updates if your product release and version are lower than those listed below:
To reset the update:
Once you've successfully installed the updates, confirm the release version and extension by clicking on F2 on your keyboard.
