1099's

Hello,

I have received multiple 1099's in addition to my reported income.

All of the income from the 1099's has already been tracked throughout the year as "business income" so when I add the 1099's to my tax forms, will it look like double income?

1099's

Hello bethoconnorart,

Nice to see you in the Community! Just so I can understand your issue better are you saying that your business income is tracked on the 1099 form, and if your business income will double because it is already tracked in QuickBooks Self-Employed? In a nutshell, it's in your QBSE account and on the 1099 form. If that is the case, then it shouldn't duplicate. But if this is not the situation, please let me know, and we can tackle this differently.

Please let me know by responding below! I will be looking out to your reply. Take care for now.

1099's

Thank you for your response.

Yes, I am self-employed and sometimes receive 1099s, but the majority of my income is self reported. I have not, and don't know how to label the income from the1099 jobs as they come along, therefore it's all just labeled as business income in QBSE.

When I file taxes and have to list my 1099s, I am wondering if it will count them that as extra income. I hope that makes sense.

Thanks for your help!
