2nd Quarter 940 now showing as having a balance a year later?

Our 2nd quarter 2020 Federal 940 is all of a sudden showing as overdue?  We paid it a year ago and also our Annual Federal 940 reconciled with no payment due.  No changes have been made to our 2020 information so I'm not sure what is going on?  This seems to have started at the same time a pop up message showed up saying we needed to set up an Intuit account.  Which we already have.  I did go in and ran the rebuild and verify data but I still have the problem.  Also ran the latest payroll update.
