They can take a look at your account and verify what causes the unexpected behavior. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Enter a short description of your concerns under the Ask a question field.
- Click Continue.
- Select Get a callback.
- From here you can choose to schedule a callback for a time that is convenient for you.
