Alaska Remote Seller tax help needed

We create invoices and some ship out of the state of Washington to Alaska. We want to implement Alaska taxation as a remote seller. The current system we have set up is using Quick books Enterprise Desktop. We create an invoice and apply any upfront deposits as a line item in the invoice. All our not shipped invoices (work orders) are pending and are changed to non pending as they ship. At the end of the month, we manually move any not shipped pending invoices into the next month. Currently we can't apply a payment (upfront deposit) to a PENDING invoice unless we use the line item. Our current system creates an inaccurate monthly sales tax revenue summary report (showing the sales to individual taxing jurisdictions). We compile our monthly sales revenue using an excel spreadsheet that we manually populate, this is a real time waster. We then reconcile with Quick books to be sure all is correct.

Now, Alaska wants us to add them as a taxing district but it is a nightmare.  There are 106 different tax structures in a state with different limits per transaction, per transactions in a quarter, where amount is tax exempt if total sale per quarter is less than $200, where only the first $500 dollars is taxable, where any amount over $10,000 per assembled item is not taxable but no tax limit cap per transaction, etc. We need help. Now we need an accurate monthly sales tax revenue summary report including what Alaska needs. I do not know if Quick books is able to accomplish this. Any input would be helpful.
