All im trying to do is get my taxes and sales tax from etsy of 2019

To get your taxes and sales tax for 2019 from Etsy, you may follow the steps found in this link: QuickBooks Self-Employed and Etsy. 

However, if you're unable to import the data that you need, you'll need to contact their Customer Care Team. They'll be able to provide the data that you need and have it transferred over to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
