Cannot access 2018 Form 940 because QB sees 2019 SUI amount.

Attempting to print year-end tax forms for 2018. When I choose to Annual Forms, then 940, the following message pops up..."Don't forget to pay your SUI!", "Before you can make your FUTA payment, you need to pay your state unemployment insurance (SUI)."


There are two choices; cancel or "Resolve Unpaid SUI". When I click "Resolve Unpaid SUI", it takes me to the only outstanding amount of SUI, which is the amount from the first pay period of 2019.


How do I resolve this?
