Hello @pirates 1,

The steps in reprinting your employees' paychecks matter depending on how you paid them.

If their paycheck is a paper check, you can simply open and print it. To do so:

  1. Go to Workers.
  2. Select Paycheck list.
  3. Find and open your employee's paycheck.
  4. Click Print.

Here's an article you can read to learn more bout how you can print a paycheck: Print paychecks in QuickBooks Online.

But if you're paying them via direct deposit, you're unable to reprint their paycheck after filing them. I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care Team so someone can pull up your account, securely. With their tools, he/she can view and help you print your employee's paycheck.

To contact our dedicated team:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Tap Contact US.
  3. Enter Print Employees Paycheck in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback, Chat, or Call us.

Lastly, I've also included this helpful article in case you'll bump into errors in printing your employee's paycheck: Troubleshoot printing pay checks, pay stubs and forms.

Please let me know how it goes in the comment section below. I'm only a post away if you have any follow-up questions. Wishing you all the best for this year.
