Join nowhow to change sales tax frequency in desktop
To change your payment frequency, go to Edit | Preferences | Sales Tax | Company Preferences, and then choose a different option in the "When do you pay your sales tax?" box: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually.
that option is not there. boo hiss:) odd. I should mention it is just the PST I want to change

At this time, you can go through your PST or sales tax item to update the rate or frequency.

unfortunately there there is no option to change the frequency of reporting/filing
I can get the report in reports. maybe will just have to do that.
It is in the vendor centre. Double-click (or right-click then select Edit Vendor) on the vendor you want to change (i.e. Receiver General), then click on the sales tax settings tab. In there you can change your reporting frequency.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
