E-File State W-2 on RightNetwork virtual computer without Excel license

At this time, virtual servers aren't recommended in QuickBooks Desktop. Thus, exporting the W-2 form from a cloud virtual computer isn't available.

As a workaround, you can consider looking for a third-party app that can export the W-2 form from a cloud virtual computer. To do so, you can go to the App Center and look for an app from there. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu, then select App Center:Find Business Solutions.
2. In the Apps Center window, search for an app that can export forms from a virtual computer.
3. Select and review the app.

So is there a work around way to export W2 information into .csv file to download them and later submit to state tax e-file?
