I efiled my federal withholding taxes on 02/11/2021 and they have yet to come out of my bank account. They usually come out on the 15th or 16th. Intuit shows they have been submitted. How can I find out what the problem is???

The status term submitted means that the e-payment or e-filed form has been submitted to Intuit but not yet transmitted to the receiving agency. Once the agency processed the e-payment or e-filed form successfully, the status will change to Accepted.

My epayment for my federal withholding just says submitted. I submitted it on the 11th, it is now the 20th and it has still not come out of my bank account, it was due at the IRS by the 15th so now it is 5 days late. I have not received an email stating what the problem is. I really need to talk to a support person. Is Quickbooks going to pay my late penalty with the IRS. Please have someone contact me...

As long as you submitted the form before the e-filing due date, it should be considered timely by the receiving agency. Also, you will receive a confirmation email will include details of the scheduled payment date as well as a confirmation number sent to us by the IRS.
You can use that tracking number when contacting the IRS and confirming if they receive your payment. The withdrawal of the funds is done by the agency, so they are the best ones to contact in cases like this.
Normally, federal tax payments are debited from your bank the IRS on the payment date. If the payment isn't withdrawn on time, you must contact IRS and have them check the e-payment.
