Really a question for you accountant, since everything eventually flows back to you personally there may be a way for him to put it through where it washes out in the end.  And you still have time to correct it if it should have been issued with the Corp's EIN.

 

But going forward, why did it come with your SS#?  Are you using a personal Debit Card or something with Cash Back for your business?  If so, you may want to head into the bank on tomorrow and get a card attached to your business account.  If it was some other kind of transaction, are you sure the income wasn't really yours vs. the companies?

Can I have more information about the charges you've mentioned? Is this about your QuickBooks Subscription? If yes, I suggest contacting the QuickBooks Online Phone or Chat team. they have the tools to verify your concern when it comes to any private information that you wanted to know. Here's how  to contact them:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online company, go to the ? Help button.
  2. Enter your concern on the search box and click Contact Us.

  3. You can choose either, Get a callback, Chat or Get the phone number.

  4. Follow the on-screen instruction and confirm.

 

Also, the support hours have changed to 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. Pacific Standard time from Monday to Friday due to limited staffing. We will resume our normal hours as soon as possible.
