Can I have more information about the charges you've mentioned? Is this about your QuickBooks Subscription? If yes, I suggest contacting the QuickBooks Online Phone or Chat team. they have the tools to verify your concern when it comes to any private information that you wanted to know. Here's how to contact them:
- In your QuickBooks Online company, go to the ? Help button.
- Enter your concern on the search box and click Contact Us.
- You can choose either, Get a callback, Chat or Get the phone number.
- Follow the on-screen instruction and confirm.
Also, the support hours have changed to 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. Pacific Standard time from Monday to Friday due to limited staffing. We will resume our normal hours as soon as possible.
