Filing an S corp tax return, but 1099Ks are in my SSN

Can I file an S Corp tax return with 1099Ks that were issued under my SSN?

Really a question for you accountant, since everything eventually flows back to you personally there may be a way for him to put it through where it washes out in the end.  And you still have time to correct it if it should have been issued with the Corp's EIN.

But going forward, why did it come with your SS#?  Are you using a personal Debit Card or something with Cash Back for your business?  If so, you may want to head into the bank on tomorrow and get a card attached to your business account.  If it was some other kind of transaction, are you sure the income wasn't really yours vs. the companies?
