If you've saved the previous form as PDF, you can open it in QuickBooks. Then, you can print and re-submit it manually.
Let me guide you:
- Click the Employees menu, then choose Payroll Center.
- Go to the File Forms tab.
- Under Filing History, go to Saved Filings.
- Look for the Annual Form 943, then click the PDF link.
- The PDF window will open, click the Print button.

If you haven't saved it, you'll have to download the form from the IRS website. Manually enter the information, then re-submit it.
Here's how you can get the information:
- Click the Reports menu, then go to Employees & Payroll.
- Go to More Payroll Reports in Excel, then choose Tax Form Worksheets.
- Enable/Turn on Macros.
- The QuickBooks Tax Worksheets window will pop-up, choose Annual 943.
- Enter the dates in the From and To fields, then click Create Report.
