Line 10 on Form 940 for 2018 applies to our situation (3 corporate officers on payroll are not subject to State Unemployment tax) therefore the worksheet should have been completed and total FUTA tax adjusted because SOME of the taxable FUTA wages were excluded from state unemployment tax. This did not generate, is there some way to correct this?

As my colleague mentioned, QuickBooks will calculate and add the amounts to the Form 940 based on the payroll details recorded in the program. However, if the amounts are incorrect, it is generally recommended to contact the Online Payroll Team. They have specialized tools that are necessary to make the adjustments.
