Getting the 941 EFTPS Form to appear in the Pay Liabilities Window

I haven't had to do a payroll or tax payments for months sadly, due to Covid, and began again yesterday.  My 940 Federal filing was rejected because my Internet password had expired and Error code was 2190.
I went into the ETFPS site and changed the password so it now complies with their requirements.
I then attempted to follow the QB steps to change my password within QB.   First, I did updates to latest version and updates to payroll.
I went to Payroll Center and selected Pay Liabilities.  Then the problem:   In the Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities section, there was no federal liability to e-pay, making the View/Pay link inactive.  I can proceed no further.  I cannot get to the next steps (verify that E-payment is selected....pick E-pay...clear the Remember My Info for next Time checkbox....enter 4-Digit PIN & new EFTPS Internet password...Submit.
It seems that QB thinks that Federal Liability has been paid even tho' it shows up as rejected in the history.
So, I need to be able to get a 940 Federal Liability form show up in the Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities section so the View/Pay is active and I can proceed.
I have closed and opened QB several times, and have shut down my computer and turned it back on already.
Thanks in advance!
