Having so many issues with shipping information screwing up sales tax. Somehow shipping information got engaged. How do I deactivate shipping? Not just turn it off...

If the shipping address is added, it will calculate sales tax based on the address. You'll want to remove the address to stop sales tax from calculating.

As an alternative, you can add the shipping address on the memo box for reference.
