Welcome to the Community, @lightup951. I'm glad to answer your first post. I've got steps to help you code sales revenue from PayPal and Stripe as ticket sales.

First off, you'll need to add this item from the Product and Services page. Here's how:

  1. Click the +New button, then select the Products and services tab.
  2. Select New, then select Non-inventory or Service.
  3. Enter a Name
  4. Select the Income Account from the dropdown list (this should be your chart of accounts so you can choose the Income account you want for all PayPal and Stripe sales transactions). You can also click the +Add new button to create an account in the Chart of Accounts
  5. Click Save and Close

Once done, you can now edit the settings of your PayPal or Stripe account on the Banking page. Here's how:

  1. On your Banking page, find your PayPal or Stripe account, then click the Edit (pencil icon).
  2. Click Edit Settings, then edit sales as the new service in the dropdown list and Save.
  3. Go back to Banking and select your PayPal or Stripe account and refresh the page. There you will see that all PayPal and Stripe sales transactions are now listed with the Income account as the new Service you've created.

For future reference, read through this article: Group your products and services into different categories. It helps you learn to organize so you can quickly find the details of specific items in the report.
