QuickBooks Online automatically backs your data up, jav1.

 

On your Sales Tax information, you can run the Sales Tax Liability Report. This way, you'll be able to submit the needed sales tax information to the audit.  

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Enter Sales Tax Liability in the search bar.
  3. Modify the date range.
  4. Under Tax Agency, choose the correct agency.
  5. Choose either Cash or Accrual.
  6. Then, click Run report.
