I definitely know how to display the total amount including sales tax on an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Daniel66.

1. Click on + New.
2. Choose Invoice.
3. Click Add Customer and select a customer from the dropdown menu. Verify all customer information, including their email address.
4. Check the Invoice date, Due date, and Terms. Update the dates or terms if necessary. (Tip: The "Net" term indicates the number of days until payment is due.)
5. Click Add product or service and select an item from the dropdown list.
6. Choose how to calculate the charge amount: flat rate, by hour, or by item. Enter a quantity and rate if required.
7. Once completed, tick the Tax box next to the Amount field.

Below are the calculations for your sales tax. Please ensure the location of sale is correct, so QuickBooks knows where to charge your sales tax.
