How to print tax form ?

I made mistake, overpaid Q4 tax and need to print out tax form.  Amended tax form is not eligible for electronic filing.
Save as PDF form do not save completed form, print for your records won't either.
Can you please tell me how to print tax form? 
These are for Form 941 ME and 941, 941-X Fed tax form.

I'm here to provide information on how you can print your 941 tax forms in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Here's how you can print your 941 form:

  1. Click Employees >> Payroll Tax Forms & W-2s.
  2. Click Process Payroll Forms tab.
  3. In the File Forms section, choose Quarterly Form 941-X - Adjusted Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return or Claim for Refund.
  4. Choose to Create Form button.
  5. Under Select Filing Period, confirm the correct period is entered and click OK.
  6. Complete the interview sheet for Form 941-X, then click Next.
  7. Enter the corrections for the quarter. If any line does not apply, leave it blank and select the Next button.
  8. Explain your corrections for the quarter.
  9. Make sure to sign and enter the required information in the signature line.
  10. Print and mail the form.                          

That should do it! You can post anytime if you have other concerns about year-end tax preparations. I'm always here to lend a hand. Have a great rest of your day.

Sorry for delay my response.  I've been sick again.  :( . 
I did this morning for form 941, usually we e-file but this time though I wanted to send 941 and 941X together via mail.  
Anyway, I could print it out.  :)

I have another QB question and will post later after I submitted all taxes.

no it will not let me says i have to upgrade and I just renewed my payroll which is basic as right now I do not have any employees, however Intuit told me that I could still get forms as I have in the past with my renewal

The availability of payroll forms in QuickBooks Desktop depends on your current subscription. Let me share some insights about this.

 

If you're subscribed for Basic Payroll, tax forms are not included. What you can do is to create a report for your accountant for tax filings.

 

Right now, payroll tax forms are only available when subscribed to Enhanced Payroll and Assisted Payroll.
