The option to change the sales tax agency from California to Delaware is unavailable. The Automated Sales Tax feature calculates your sales tax based on the following information:
To calculate the sales tax for Delaware, you'll need to update the shipping address in the customer's profile. If this information is available, the calculation will depend on your company address.
Then, toggle the customer's name on the transaction you've created to refresh the tax calculation.

How can we record the sales tax we paid on purchases in expenses?
No, if want to record sales tax in sales tax category and the original expense as separate so that i could know how much sales tax we paid. How can i know?
Like here in UAE we put the vat 5% separate, which expense has vat, which is exempt, So why do not in US quickbooks online?
