Thanks for responding. I am trying to file my 2024 tax return. While I am in the taxes tab, there is no way to begin my tax return. I am unable to find the "Start for free" button which is described in the instructions in the help section.
I appreciate you revisiting this thread to clarify your concern and for seeking out helpful articles, Daniel. I'd be happy to help you file your tax return and figure out why you can't find the "Start for free button."
To begin with, please note that Live Tax is exclusively available for S-Corp, Partnership, and Sole proprietor business types and is unavailable for Non-profit organizations and C-corp. Additionally, if you've already taken advantage of the Start for Free option or have canceled your QuickBooks Live Assisted subscription, you won't be able to use it again.
If you're using the business type that supports live tax or haven't utilized the start-for-free option yet, I recommend contacting our phone support to investigate the cause of this issue further.
