I have income from my Etsy shop, Youtube, Fiverr, Amazon , how would I add these businesses to my QuickBooks and import the transactions for them? Do I need separate accounts?

It's good for you to have different sources of income, exzolux!

You won't need a separate account. However, among the software or apps you mentioned, only Etsy can be connected to QuickBooks Self-Employed. See the details in this article: QuickBooks Self-Employed and Etsy.

For the others, you can wait until your transactions are transferred to your bank that is connected to QBSE. They will be downloaded nightly, and you can manage them anytime.

On the other hand, you will see the list of apps that can be connected to QBSE by clicking on the Gear icon and choose Labs. Other connections like Etsy, can be done within the apps's setting itself.

So how do I connect all the businesses? And name them etc (Amazon, Youtube) since I can only connect Etsy. And can I pay the irs directly for all the businesses?

At this time, there's not a way to integrate YouTube with QuickBooks Self Employed. I'm going to submit feedback to the Product Development Team about bringing in a feature to allow this to happen.
