Although I appreciate your response, it didn’t address any of my concerns.
1) I converted to Automated Sales Tax earlier this year, and due to that I no longer have the options to set anything manually.
2) I have contacted my love Comptrollers office and they confirmed QB has set my taxes incorrectly. I am outside the city limits and not subject to City Taxes, however QBO set a city, which I am not even in!?
How do I correct the error QBO has caused , or how do I revert back out of Automated Sales Tax so I can manually set it?
Although I appreciate you taking the time to respond, you didn’t read my initial post. I am already using Automated Sales Tax. So all the menu as you have recommended are not available to me.
I called my Comptroller and they said I am NOT subject to City Sales Tax, as I am outside the city limits. They even provided me a website where i can enter an address to see what taxes I it’s subject to. I entered our business address (same one in our profile as tax address) and it confirmed NO city taxes. But QBO has defined a city.
how do I either get QBO to correct my address in their database, or revert back out of Automated Sales Tax so I can set the rates manually.
