I have setup sales account by salesman. Only one salesmen prints out correctly all others go general sales account. How can I correct?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Allow me to help provide some insights on how to correct your sales account by salesman in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Once you create a product, it will only allow you to select one income account to track the sales. What you can do is track your salesman's sales and use the location tracking feature so you can see all the payments for one location. 

 

To turn on location tracking, here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar.
  2. Go to Account and Settings.
  3. Choose Advanced from the left menu. 
  4. In the Categories section, select the pencil icon.
  5. Put a check mark on the box to Track Locations
  6. Select Save, then Done.

Here's how you can contact our phone support:

  1. Go to: Get help with QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the contact us link. 
  3. Select the Search for something else, and type-in Customer Support
  4. Click Search.
  5. Scroll-down and click Get Phone Number
