I need 2017 1099K form for IRS.

Hello, I no longer have my store (and therefor my Intuit Merchant Services account). however I need my old 2017 1099K form for the IRS.  I have no way to get this from the merchant services. their number just says go to my desktop QB and help.  But when i do that (or even log in online) it says my account does not have permissions to access this page - obviously because i have closed my account since my store closed down. but i really need my 1099K from my merchant services account that was tied into my quickbooks POS. 

 

does anyone know how i can go about this?

Intuit seems there is no way to speak to anyone about this unless you have a live account. 

 

thanks for anyones time. its been very frustrating.

I'm here to help ensure you're able to get the 1099-K form, dannyshaneb.

 

You can still sign in to your Merchant Service account for up to 12 months after you cancel it. And, when you do, you have the option to download your reports, statements, and tax forms. Just make sure to log in as the admin when accessing the account.

 

To download the form:

  1. Sign in to your Merchant Service account as the admin.
  2. From the Activity & Reports menu, select Download Form 1099-K.
  3. Click Download.

If you're unable to access your account, I recommend chatting with our QuickBooks Merchant Team so they can get the form for you.

Unfortunately I cancelled my account just over 12 months ago because it allows me to sign in, but I get a popup error message stating " you don't have permission to access this site".  "you r account administrator has not granted you access to the merchant service center"...

But i am the account administrator. :)  I had a motorcycle apparel store for 4 years. no employees, just myself.   I just assumed i received that error because my account had been closed for some time. 

 

I cant be the only person who ever ran into this issue.  does anyone know what i can do?

I know that you really need help with your account. However, it would be best to contact our Merchant team since they have access to accounts and billing.

 

If you're unable to reach them via Chat, you can try contacting our QuickBooks phone support and ask to be transferred to the Merchant team. They're open from 6 AM to 6 PM PST Monday to Friday.

  1. Click this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Click on Continue as Guest.
  4. Choose Point of Sale.
  5. Select the Manage Account topic.
  6. Scroll down and click on Get Phone Number or Start a Message
