Let's go get this form in QBO, D-6.

You can print the 941 form by going to the Quarterly Forms list.

Here's how:

  1. Click Taxes on the left panel, and then select Payroll Tax.
  2. Under Forms, select Quarterly Forms.
  3. Click the 941 link.
  4. Choose the appropriate period from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click the View button to launch Adobe Reader in a new window.
  6. Select the print icon on the Reader toolbar then select Print again.

I've also added a screenshot to print the form.

Please leave a reply if you also need a different report. I'll get back to you to give the steps.
