Intuit Online Payroll

I can't submit any of my Arizona Employers withholding tax payments through QuickBooks .  On either Intuit Payroll Online Accountants or QuickBooks online Payroll.  I had no issues prior to 2020.  It took a while to contact CHAT and they just sent me directly to a phone number to call.  I can go online to AZTAXES.Com and there are NO issues submitting all my NON Quickbook client payments. I only have 3 days to pay some payments.  Anyone know why the ARIZONA withholding payment issues.

I'm glad that you reached out to us, laburger.

I can't see any reports related to this concern. Can you tell us if you see any error message when trying to submit your employers withholding tax payments. I just need a bit more information  so that I can determine what is causing it to appear.

In the meantime, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to check if you can submit your tax payments. Too much cache files stored in your browser can sometimes cause an unexpected behavior with the product.

First, use a private window to access your account. When operating in such a mode, the browser creates a temporary session that is isolated from the browser's main session and user data.

You can access this by pressing the following commands:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If it works, then let’s go back to your browser and clear the cache. These caches of data are essentially junk files and can be safely deleted to free up storage space. If the same problem occurs, try using a different browser. This issue might stem from the browser itself.

Please reach out if there's anything else I can do to help, I'm determined to be your number one resource for QBOP/IOP.
