I haven't received any updates on the status of this issue. It's been almost 2 weeks since it began and still no fix. Is there a timeframe or estimate of when it'll be resolved? Paying for a service that's literally not doing what we're paying for it to do properly for two weeks is ridiculous.
This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience, @dtrautz.
Let me share some information that can help you with your concern.
To isolate the issue, let's remove the incorrect item on the invoice and create a new one. This way, you can capitalize all letters in for Products/Services field.
Here's how to do it:

This literally doesn't address what the issue is at all. The issue is Quickbooks is now importing Etsy sales as positive Fees in 2022. So now my shop has 0 Revenue according to Quickbooks. This needs to be escalated and resolved. This has been going on for weeks...
Hi there, @rwilkinson4.
It's my priority that all transactions (from Etsy) recorded in QBSE are correct.
Before performing any troubleshooting, allow me to share some information about integrating Etsy to QBSE. The data we receive is solely dependent on what the application has shared with us.
To identify the root cause of the issue, I suggest you get in touch with Etsy’s customer support. They can review the mapping/settings of your account. Once identified, their specialists will help apply the permanent fix.
Reach out to me if you have any other concerns or questions. I’m here to help make sure this is taken care of for you. Enjoy the rest of the week.
I am also experiencing the same problem. Etsy integration is showing $0 sales starting from 1/1/2022.
Hello, Pat.
I'd like to point you in the right direction regarding the Etsy integration issue. I'll also throw in a solution to ensure you'll be able to manage your transactions in QuickBooks.
As what my colleague had mentioned, QuickBooks Self-Employed depends on what is being sent by the integrated app. There is likely an issue in Etsy's side, which is why you're getting $0 sales when you integrated their app.
You'll want to contact Etsy's support to check for more details regarding the issue and the potential fixes.
In the meantime, you'll want to manually import your Etsy transactions and categorize them.
Alternatively, you can manually add them in the Transactions page with all the details. This article will help you with the steps on how to do it on all platforms: Manually add transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If you need to take care of your estimated taxes right after getting all the transactions in, you can check this article for a guide: Pay federal estimated quarterly taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Should you have any other concerns in managing your transactions or your data in the Self-Employed platform, please let me know. I'm on the case again.
