Join nowI was able to locate where quarterly 941s and RT-6s are stored within QuickBooks files on my computer but am having no luck locating unemployment quarterly reports which don't seem to be saved outside of QB. It shows that they have been paid under E-Payments, but the only thing I can view is that was payment was sent. I know an actual form was filled out at the same time and saved but have no idea how to find it within QB or my computer. Same with the Federal 940 which hasn't saved on the computer since 2020 even though I already did it for 2021 a week or so ago.

Hello, serbufire.
I'll share some information about viewing filed forms in QuickBooks Desktop.
The filed forms will be saved on your hard drive rather than QuickBooks Desktop. You won't see the stored tax forms if you change your PC or restore a backup file on a different computer.
As a workaround, you can create and print the same form in QuickBooks Desktop, just ensure to select the correct quarter or year. Take note that the form will display the current year. However, the information is based on the selection you've entered.
You can follow the step to prepare and print them through this article: Pay and file payroll taxes and forms manually in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.
I've also included several Payroll Tax Forms resources for additional reference:

Thank you for all of the information! I realize now that the forms I was looking for are stored in the same place as the 941s, I just didn't realize it was under a different name (RT-6). Also, what I was looking at under the pay liabilities area just shows the payments and not the forms. I will use those pages for future reference!
