I’ll help ensure that you’re able to see the
changes you’ve made on the Dashboard.
It’s possible the browser’s cache is full and that’s
why the changes on the Sales section
in Dashboard do not remain.
To help fix this, let’s use an incognito/private
browser since it doesn’t store data in the cache and it helps isolate the
issue. You can follow the keyboard shortcuts below to open a private browser.
If the private browser works, let’s try clearing
cache and temporary internet files in your regular browser.
Once done, you’ll have to log back in to your
QBO account. Then, try to change the dates on the Dashboard’s Sales section if it will stay.
