I need to access my QuickBooks, but my employer won't send me another invite, and I no longer work for this company. What should I do?
@Diallo Since you mentioned Workforce, I assume you are trying to retrieve your W-2.
If that is the case, tell them to print and/or mail another copy to you. They can't withhold it from you.
Thank you for reaching out, @Diallo. I will provide you with information regarding your inability to access the workforce account, as well as guidance on how to resolve this issue and obtain the necessary data.
First, it is essential to note that once you have been granted access to W2s or pay stubs through Workforce, your account will remain active even after your employment with the company ends. Thus, your account and profile will still be available for future access. If your organization has stopped using it as a payroll system, please know that the account or profile will also become inaccessible. If you're trying to access W-2S or view previous paystubs, you'll need to coordinate with the employer so they can print or mail you a copy.
Additionally, feel free to check this article to help you print data available in QB Workforce: View and print your W-2s and other documents in QuickBooks Workforce.
I'm always ready to lend you a hand if you have other inquiries related to QuickBooks. I highly encourage you to communicate using the comment section below so I can respond and provide you with the details needed to rectify challenges. Keep safe.
