My employer won't send me another invite to my workforce account.

I need to access my QuickBooks, but my employer won't send me another invite, and I no longer work for this company. What should I do?

@Diallo  Since you mentioned Workforce, I assume you are trying to retrieve your W-2.

 

If that is the case, tell them to print and/or mail another copy to you. They can't withhold it from you.

First, it is essential to note that once you have been granted access to W2s or pay stubs through Workforce, your account will remain active even after your employment with the company ends. Thus, your account and profile will still be available for future access. If your organization has stopped using it as a payroll system, please know that the account or profile will also become inaccessible. If you're trying to access W-2S or view previous paystubs, you'll need to coordinate with the employer so they can print or mail you a copy.
