My Quickbooks Self-Employed does not have a "Send to TurboTax" button

I'm trying to import into TurboTax. I was brought to my QBSE account from within TurboTax. They both have the same username.

I follow the instructions, but on the "transfer to TurboTax" screen, there is no button to send to TurboTax.

You'll get the Send to accountant option when QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) isn't linked to your TurboTax account.


I know that you're already using the same username. However, I still suggest contacting our QBSE Care Team. They have the tool to check and verify your login credentials and proceed with the steps to send your tax info.


Here's how to get in touch with them:

  1. Select Assistant from the top bar.
  2. Enter "Talk to human" until you see "I still need a human".
  3. Choose a way to connect with a live agent.
