While looking into this issue further, I've discovered other customers have had the same issue and have found these troubleshooting steps below very helpful to resolve this problem.
Step 1: Let's sign in to your QuickBooks account through an incognito or private window. This will create a temporary window that's isolated from the user data within the main browser window.
Google Chrome - press CTRL+SHIFT+N.
Mozilla Firefox - press CTRL+SHIFT+P.
Microsoft Edge - press CTRL+SHIFT+P.
Safari - press Command+Shift+N.
If this loads the Sales Tax page, then you'll need to clear your browser's data. Browsing files are data that can be stored over time. This can cause glitches or even error messages to occur within your QuickBooks account.
Step 2: Try using different browsers. We recommend using Google Chrome because the QuickBooks software was made around Chrome.
Step 3: Restarting your computer.
If the issue still persists, then I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have advanced tools to look further into your account so that you can get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
Let me know if this helps. I want to make sure that you're able to get back to running your business. Have a fantastic day!
