I've had the same issue for almost a month and a half know. I've been on the phone with Quickbooks Online Support multiple times, where they tell you the usual "our engineers are working on it" lies. My sales tax menu is simply empty after being forced to switch to the new sales tax menu, and I cannot record payments I've made to my tax agency.
I appreciate you for going through the troubleshooting steps shared by my colleague above and for attaching a screenshot. I want to ensure this issue is taken care of. Let me route you to our best support available. I recommend contacting our Support Team to isolate this.

I've tried contacting support multiple times with no success - they keep saying that "the engineers are working on it". It's been a month already where I haven't been able to record sales tax payments...
Hi Manducho - did they ever fix this? My QB account just started doing the same thing, so if you have a fix, please let me know. I've been on the phone with support and got the "we're fixing this and we'll get back to you" feedback.
