In quick books under the help tab you can request you tax summary or tax details. You pick a date range and then the animated helper sends the Excal spreadsheet it to my email. Then in the past I give that to my tax lady to do my taxes. It has everything categorized, my mileage etc. but this year it’s blank.

You'll want to try accessing your QBO company using an incognito or private window. Missing data and viewing issues are usually caused by the accumulated cache and cookies in the browser. To rule this out, This mode doesn't save your web searches, site data, and cookies. Here are the shortcut keys:
If you're now able to view your tax information, go back to your regular browser and then, clear its cache to improve your browsing experience. You may also switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.

@Cbeveridge do you see an Enable Editing option on the sheet? You need to click that to show the amounts.
Looking at it closer at the top it says 2013 business summary. I have tried 4 times now triple checking that I have the right dates. I want 1/1/2021 to 12/31/2021 and it keeps sending me 2013. Which is obviously blank. Neither one of the two suggested helps above work or help.

Since none of the given solutions worked, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools to check the cause. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.
