Non-Profit organizations and re-selling to other non profits

I work for a non-profit organization that "re-sells" water fountains as part of one of our programs to local schools (mainly).  We make a small profit which is used to cover our administration costs.

Are we supposed to file any sales tax reports?

Re: Non-Profit organizations and re-selling to other non profits

Sales to not-for-profit organizations are often (always?) tax free.  You should make sure they're officially registered as  a not-for-profit organization and then don't charge them sales tax.
