So we have several employees all their apps are working great. Except one of them just got a new phone and now the sales tax does not show up when he creates a new invoice. It wants him to create a new one each time. we have signed in and out. Deleted and reinstalled the app. I've even created a new user for him and it works on my phone just fine but on his the sales tax still doesn't show up. Does anyone have any suggestions for us to try.

I have this same problem. I called to talk to a human today and he said there's nothing he can do. Told me to uninstall and reinstall, which did not fix the problem. We need help, Quickbooks!!

Thank you so much for replying. Unfortunately we have tried all of these with no success. I have also spent hours talking to all diffrent levels of quickbooks customer service only to be told they are aware of the issue and will work on it. They also turned on sales tax by location which I hate and does not work for our company and they said they have no way to turn that feature off even though its their software. Im very frustrated and am looking at switching to a new accounting software.
