Pay taxes without Payroll service

I closed my payroll service.  Ran a tax report to find out I still owe Federal and State some taxes.  Before I used to pay all the taxes electronically.  Now, it says I have to activate payroll service to pay the tax.  I no longer have any employees in my company.  When I try to activate payroll service, it asks for employee name.  Please let me know how to pay the taxes owed.

Thanks.

Hello, @sajjadelias.

I'm here to help you today so you'll be able to pay your Federal and State taxes successfully.

Yes, you really need to have the active payroll service to pay taxes in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since you can't proceed with activating your payroll service without an employee name, you may create a dummy employee/s and delete the employee/s once you're done paying the taxes.
