In the meantime, we can try running some basic browser troubleshooting steps. Once your browsing data stores up, it causes performance issues in the web pages. Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can try:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works fine on the private browser, return to your default browser and clear your browser's cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer.

Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
Tap the Contact us button.
