Payroll tax liabilities forms

I need to file a Form 941 for the 4th Q of 2018.  The current form in QB is for 2019 and QB says I cannot file it for 2018.  How and where can I find a form for 2018?  Is there a way to have QB auto-fill a form for the 4th Q of 2018?

Re: Payroll tax liabilities forms

I can help you process the 941 form for 2018, TTWP.

Yes, QuickBooks will auto-fill the data of 941 from the 4th quarter of 2018. However, the date appears in the form is 2019.

In this case, you'll need to run the 941 form in QuickBooks and print it. Then, download the form in the IRS website and manually enter the 941 data from QuickBooks.

Once done, you can print the form and mail it to the federal tax agency.
