I am a personal trainer based in NYC with my own LLC.
I currently predominantly do online training sessions with clients and some in-person 1on1 training at client homes or private facilities whereby I am not an employee.
Do I have to charge sales tax for my training sessions with clients or are my session sales tax exempt?
